Intensive - Deep Dive + Action Plan
This is the most comprehensive option, designed for teams who want to properly unpack what’s going on and leave with clear, prioritised next steps.
We start with a short conversation beforehand to understand the context, pressures, and what needs to shift. From there, the session is shaped around your team, not a pre-set agenda.
During the workshop, I guide the group through structured conversations that surface what’s really getting in the way, where energy is being lost, and what needs to change. Together, we prioritise the areas that will make the biggest difference.
Afterwards, you’ll receive a clear summary of key themes and agreed actions so nothing gets lost once everyone goes back to the day-to-day.

Workshop - Practical Workshop with Takeaways
This option is a good fit if you want a session that’s tailored and relevant, without going as deep as the Intensive.
We’ll shape the session around your team’s context, then use the time together to explore current challenges, build awareness, and have practical conversations about what could work better.
People leave with useful insights, shared understanding, and a clearer sense of where to focus next — without it feeling heavy or overcomplicated.
A short summary of key themes can be provided afterwards if helpful.

Essentials - Foundational Session to Build Awareness
This is a more straightforward session focused on giving your team practical tools and space to reflect.
It’s less about deep analysis and more about helping people pause, reset, and think about how they’re managing pressure, energy, and day-to-day demands.
We cover simple, realistic strategies that people can actually use, and create a bit of breathing room for conversations that don’t usually happen in a busy work environment.

1:1 Coaching
A personalised space to help you manage stress, prevent burnout, and come back to feeling more like yourself.
We shape the work around you—your goals, your lifestyle, and what’s actually realistic right now. Together, we focus on the foundations that support your wellbeing, including nourishment, movement, sleep connection and balance.
Sessions are available online or in person, fortnightly or monthly. You’ll also have ongoing support between sessions, so you’re not doing this on your own.
