There are different ways to work with me, depending on what you need.

You can join the Essential Choices Membership for guided monthly learning and reflection, work with me individually through health coaching or professional supervision, or enquire about support for your workplace.

1:1 Health Coaching

Personalised support for professionals who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or stuck and want help making sense of what is happening.

Together, we look at what is draining your capacity, what needs your attention and what can realistically change within your life. Coaching gives you space to step back, gain clarity and develop an approach that works for you.

Free Discovery Session

A free discovery session gives you the opportunity to talk through what you are looking for, learn more about the way I work and decide whether coaching feels like the right fit.

Professional supervision

A confidential and reflective space for professionals, leaders and others working in demanding roles.

Professional supervision gives you time to step back from the day-to-day, explore challenges, reflect on your practice and consider how your work is affecting you. It can support clearer thinking, stronger professional boundaries and more intentional decision-making.

Practical workshops and facilitated sessions to help teams and leaders better understand stress, recognise the early signs of overload and use realistic strategies to protect wellbeing at work.

Sessions can be tailored to your workplace, audience and available time, from short team workshops through to longer facilitated sessions.
